Mgr. Bc. Lenka Froňková, LL.M.

I look at financial regulation through the eyes of someone who has experienced it from the perspective of EU regulation, national supervision and the practice of regulated entities – from consumer protection to the everyday work of compliance and risk managers.

This allows me to connect legal requirements with the real world of practice, so that solutions stand up both regulatorily and operationally.

I work with banks, non-bank consumer credit providers, payment institutions, fintech companies and other regulated financial market entities that need practical support in financial regulation, compliance and licensing proceedings.

All of this in Czech, English and French.

I bring together training, consulting and support in communication with regulators and in licensing proceedings – always focused on the specific situation of your company.

Tailored Training and Workshops

Specialised training designed around client needs, focusing on current regulatory requirements in financial market law, fintech, cybersecurity and the effective implementation of compliance systems in practice. Current topics include, in particular, the new AML package, PSD3, CCD2, MiCA and DORA.

Compliance and Regulatory Consulting

Practical support for setting up internal processes and managing operational and regulatory risks, including AML/KYC, governance, ICT and cyber resilience.

Licensing Proceedings and Market-Entry Preparation

End-to-end preparation of licence applications for crypto-asset service providers, payment institutions and other regulated entities, including preparation of all documentation, consultations and coordination of communication with the authorities. This includes, for example, EMI and CASP licences and other types of authorisation for regulated entities.
